I don’t think its possible, with specialisations, you cant unlearn them
Not as far as I know. Boosting just earns your account a temporary XP ban. Keep doing it and it becomes a permanent XP ban (or you get banned from matchmaking all together). Your rank doesn’t get reset though.
I can understand why you would want to rank reset but, to keep me occupied and into halo 4 I just complete commendations atm, currently doing CTF victories
I need to win 176 matches in CTF to max that gametype, so it will be keeping me busy for several weeks

Depends which rank you are talking about.
If you mean SR, then no, as that is a question I have put to BS Angel in a PM previously.
If you mean CSR, then yes. 343i have stated they have a team of people who know what to look for and know the exploits and people discovered through their processes of checks that have boosted or cheated in some way with getting their CSR, will have that reset or worse.
