Likely because the other team is coordinated and not playing solo. You can try the Recruiting forums on Waypoint or the Looking For Group section in the Xbox Guide to find players to roll with.

I’d start there, looking at the Halo discord gets quick responses for games too.

I don’t get frustrated with CSR in halo it’s actually retarded and designed by children that don’t understand rewarding you for winning SMH

The top 200 champs would disagree, they just play I don’t even think they expect anything winning. Spoke with some that I know personally and it’s beyond me. I usually play without worrying about rank, I try to never search solo though because for a team based game (especially Strongholds and CTF) it is punishing to lose because your team has people who don’t want to work together or just don’t know how to play.
Yeah, don’t touch ranked solo, learned that the hard way with H3 playlist.

In short, no.
Of you search solo and you have a good rank or kd you will get morons put on your team to balance your skill out. It’s really Annoying. The system encourages carrying people that should not be on your team
I just want matchmaking to make even set games and stop putting Silvers on my team when I’m Platinum and my opposing team are all Diamonds and Onyx lol
I have tried adjusting the search and everything. I can’t get out of Plat because I get put on these teams where I’m either carrying the whole team, or my skill is not up to par with the team I’m on so then I’m the one holding THEM back. There’s no in between, I swear 
But aside from my mini rant, as said above, you’ll definitely fair better if you team up with some people. I play nothing but Swat and I’ve found I rank more easily when I play on teams rather than with rando’s

Trust me , it’s no fun for the silver guy in that situation either , they just want to play against similarly skilled players as well .
