If I copy paste halo weapons in my video game can I potentially get sued?

Pretty sure you can. Especially if you use the same names for the weapons
I would say probably so… Copyright infringement.
Yes. You can’t lift assets and use them for your game unless you get permission from its owner. A developer got caught using assets from COD and was forced to remove them.
Don’t you have to credit them or something?
