Where should I go to straighten this issue out? I can’t seem to find any sort support service for Halo 4 other than this forum.
It’s been about five days now that I’ve had this problem, my profile has been reset. I am a lvl 1 with black armor when I play and I should be lvl 78 and green. When I go to my Spartan Hub it looks normal. When I tried calling Microsoft about it they said that I might have been banned, but they didn’t know for sure and I really doubt that’s what happened. I haven’t done anything that would get me banned and I never received a message saying that I was.
Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to get this fixed? I thought it was going to work itself out but its been nearly a week now.
