Can I get a Refund? HW2 its just broken on PC

First of All, I love Halo, its one of my Fav Sagas, I really Love Halo Wars 2, but the game its broken, Multiplayer is unplayable, 3v3 Just Freezes and Dissconects me, Blitz, 2v2, 1v1, all the same with FPS Drops and bad connection, Achievements are not unlocking for me on PC, Blitz Matches dont let me use cards, and the list of Issues keeps going.

Im sorry for my bad english, but Im done, every 343 Halo games is the same in the Launch Days, and this game on PC is dead on arrival, the comunity on PC is going to die in just 1 weekend.

I just want to refund, Im sorry 343, I tried to love your games, cause I love Halo, but you making it so Impossible

Hey OP, refunds need to be handled via Xbox Live Support if you bought the game via the digital store

For me the same, but i haven’t played a single minute, cause the game isn’t launching. No connection to the revalidation server.

For me the same thing. Since release i cannot play this game. This is horrible for a triple A game. I am near to refund this game… i really want to play this

I just got my refund. it took less than 5 minutes via the online chat with Microsoft support. they aren’t fighting the issue, they know that many people are issues with the game. its almost like they have accepted the fact the game is failing due to bad launch bugs.

I encourage everyone to get a refund, this is inexcusable. Of course it’s your choice, your choice to continue to be Microsoft’s butt boy and to let certain people at 343 continue to treat Halo as a joke.

big shout out to Microsoft for having the best return policy on the internet!! even after a few hundred hours of play time, they refunded my halo wars 2 ultimate edition in less than 10 mins.

If you wish to seek refunds that totally fine, but as above you need to contact your retailer it Microsoft Support. This isn’t discussion for Waypoint or a support related issue suitable for this forum.
