Okay so I bought this game so I could play halo with my friends and I now realize thats not going to happen is there anyway to get my money back I bought this at the midnight release at game stop and this game is absolutely broken… a huge disappointment it makes me sad to see my favorite series in such a state I don’t want this game anymore.

I plan on owning it when its fixed, but why not return a broken product and buy it for $20 cheaper in a month?
I recommend returning it sooner rather than later. The more they fix it the harder it is to return. I dont consider multiplayer fixed but 343 is touting it as improved. Notice under the status page it says everything is working. This is put there directly! to keep you from returning it. Speak to a manger and bring with them current forum posts and articles detailing the outages 343 is having.

I was shocked and asked why they didn’t know their biggest game is having problems. Insist on your money back!
