Hey guys with the latest outage I was wondering if I go for some chievos will they unlock or not? I can’t access the app at the moment. Well if they don’t work it’s a huge flaw for Xbox 
i was playing H4 Legendary solo and i didn’t get any to pop up until xbox live came back but it gave me the Achievements i should have gotten so…
So I may unlock them but they won’t pop until I’m back online! Thanks 
They should update the app to work offline though. At least we should be getting the Done! Unlocking… until we sign back in! Thanks!
