Can I downgrade MCC into Reach only?

So I wanna know, if there’s any way of converting my MCC into a Reach only and get a refund for the content I haven’t used yet.
The service for Reach so far has been total thrash and I’m not looking forward future releases.

In steam you can refund a game if you didn’t played 2h.

You can’t play Reach(Campaign/Firefight) without MCC on console.

I’ve played more than 2 hours already.
Was looking for a downgrade since I didn’t touch any of the other content yet.
