Hey guys, alright, I traded in Reach a while ago, and wanted to pick it back up to get ready for Halo 4. The problem is I don’t know what to buy? If I buy CEA can I access Reach’s multiplayer through that disc? Or do I have to have Reach to be able to play the multiplayer portion and really the only point of CEA is the campaign and the DLC download code.

If you buy CEA you can play reach’s multiplayer with only the anniversary maps that are on the disk.

I believe the game comes with a codes to DL the maps unless that was only a pre-order option. Thats how i got my DLC maps. The maps should be up on the Microsoft Store in game DLC downloads.
CEA comes with the ability to play Reach multiplayer, but only on the CEA maps. If you want to be able to access the rest of Reach’s MP, you need to have the actual Reach game.
