It will work great. Just make sure you have put your save file for Reach in the cloud using your 360. Also, if you have armor and stuff you would like to have on One, go to “Manage Game and Add-Ons” and look under “Ready to Install.” Last thing, all the maps are free so take advantage and download them all!
