Can I borrow an admin for a second?

We filed a couple appeals, as recommended by a couple members of the community when I posted about reviewing the account’s permaban in another topic (now ‘locked’)-- one a little over a week ago and another a few days ago. No updates since, I’m not sure if I’m missing any steps or doing something wrong?

The appeals process takes time unfortunately, it’s not a quick process but it is something that’s being worked on. If they have filed an appeal the only thing that can be done at the moment is just wait for a response to come back. You don’t need to submit multiple appeals if one has already been sent over.
