I have a friend ,who was banned from playing multiplayer. Could possibly he be unbanned?

I asked because he really wants to play multiplayer with me and his other friends, but can’t since of this ban.
It depends on the type of ban. Quit bans usually last anywhere from 15 minutes for a first offense to weeks for multiple ban violations. Any sort of cheating or manipulation usually results in bans that are longer, or even worse, permanent.
Given that, bans are handled automatically and by the system. However, it rarely fails to hand out proper bans as it builds a history of wrongdoing beforehand. So if your buddy got banned, he more than aptly deserved it.
