I know stats are no longer being tracked for halo 3, but I’ve read something along the lines of if you go in your career overview you can still view some basic stats? Is this correct? The posts are from like a year ago so I don’t know if they’re still relevant.
Is there any way to view halo 3 stats, even just basic stuff like K/D?

If you click the “Waypoint Career” Tab under “Career”, it will take you to the page where you can view your stats from ALL Halo games. Simply go to the bottom of this page, and click the right arrow once so that the Halo 3 and Halo 2 Icons appear. Click the “3” logo and your basic stats (Time Played, K/D, Total Games) will show up.
They seem fairly accurate for me, while the stats for Halo 4 seem to be WAY off.
I could be mistaken, but I believe Halo 3 stats don’t update anymore. Whatever your stats were at when Bungie stopped keeping records, that’s where they’ll stay.
Even if I’m wrong on that, they seem to be incorrect anyways. My Halo 3 record, on Waypoint, states that I have over 2000 games played of Halo 3 multiplayer, but only 8 hours of time played in multiplayer.
The stats update and they are accurate.
It increments the time, games played, updates your KD and everything.
The thing is, the time played doesn’t show DAYS (which is stupid, I know). But you’ll notice that when you reach 23:59h, it’ll bring back to 00:00h.
Sucks…
