Every topic about weapon balance, theres those clowns that quote “not final”. No -Yoinking!- -Yoink- sherlock you found that on your own? You forgot to read the rest of the bulletin, you know the part that says “we are reading the forums looking for your opinions on these changes”… There is only one way to do that, POST WHAT YOU THINK OF THE MENTIONED NOT FINAL CHANGES. That is why people are doing these threads that you cant warp your head around. You are not the bright ones, stop derailing threads.

you are aware 343i have issued these updates as not set instone, but have come up with the concept, and i bet you they do it anyway, they show constant disgregard when listening to what fans want, i wouldn’t get hopes up by thinking they are not set in stone, if you dont want them, stick to making threads and get the communitys voice heard, so keep making more, honestly OP, very clever

So instead of attacking users why don’t you try and use a bit of empathy?
There is very little point in talking with the changes, when they could be entirely different. Getting upset or excited is not a good idea.
If you want to give them feedback. Do so on the current iterations of the sandbox and give your idea on feedback. If you agree with the changes,mention them.

No im giving them the benefit of the doubts that they genuienly could want to listen. Quoting the “not final” in these topics is a lack of reading comprehension of the bulletin where it says: “give us feedback of what you think”. How else do you expect these people to give feedback to “not final changes”, by not giving feedback because they are “not final changes”. People are giving feedback, stop trolling them. The best it will do is get said troll forum banned, the complainers and people posting opinion on the matter wont get banned, they got asked to do this very thing.

I have a feeling you dont understand what feedback is? If you agree or disagree with the changes is the same thing, you mention it with your reasons. Thats what feedback is, thats what 343i asked with the bulletin, these people are expressing feedback, the thing that was asked of them. They were asked in the bulletin to give their feedback on these unreleased changes.
Straight out you are the kind of people that game developers simply would never want in a beta. “Its not final” your feedback is useless, you are kind of missing the point of feedback then? Feedback is not mutually exclusive with before or after. Its always important and even 343i will tell you just that.

Just as much as people need to be reminded that feedback is not a one way street that can only open after the fact has happened. Feedback is part of at any level of developement. What do you expect people to do when asked to give feedback on 343i not final ideas… give feedback on the not final ideas, i think its a pretty logical explanation?
Exemple theres a thread about the LR changes, some people disagree with it and express why they think its not such a good idea to follow on. Thats feedback, the end. Doesent matter if the change is not final, they are giving the input 343 asked of them, this is their opinion on that partical path. If you disagree with them, post why. Dont post LOL NOT FINALZ. No really? Professional world teach you 1 thing, feedback is always more important before your work is done.

I think it’s a good thing that people come here first to discuss the changes with their peers and refine their opinions a little before leaving their “final” feedback on the official thread.

Sure, they’re giving the input 343 asked for, they just missed the part where 343 asked them to do it in a specific thread. On top of that, as said, there are users that ARE treating the changes as final. There are users that insist these changes have already been made (hell, there was a thread in which someone asked what rifle he should use other than the DMR, someone told him to use the BR "cause 343 upped the damage on it to make it a 4sk). There is no harm in giving those users a little reminder.
