Alright I see a lot of threads and replies talking about where they pre-ordered, and I know that eventually all pre-orders will become available to everyone (skins and emblems).
Just to reassure me, can anyone post some quotes or links that back these claims up?

I am under impression that some are exclusive and that others are not. The elite officer armour in Reach was exclusive and pre-order only.

As far as I’ve read, because I had this question too when I first saw the various skins, there’s not been any defined yes or no to that question. I actually think it would be kind of funny if in game we were able to identify who pre-ordered where. “Lessee… We’ve got Team Walmart plus one dude from Amazon.” LOL

I believe you misunderstand. The elite officer was for LE edition of reach, not a pre-order. The pre-order bonus was the recon helmet attachment.

that post just says its confirmed but it doesnt say when or have proof of it, also it says, “it’s very likely”…
