Ya, it doesn’t really matter at all.
And yes, unfriggenbelievable belongs on there as well.
Its the same with multikills, there is no “Killionaire” medal, it only goes up to “Killpocalypse”.
It’s deliberate - I believe certain medals were hidden in your Halo 3 medal chest until you actually earned them and I think the same applied to Reach as well as here, they were sort of like hidden ‘Legendary’ medals.
They haven’t been consistent in Halo 4 though since the stats app shows the medals anyway, just greyed out if you haven’t got them yet, but they’re hidden in the in-game commendation info.

I guess i should stop posting on this forum. Every time i make a sarcastic post , i must have my flame suit on.
