they have quite a wide time zone so ther is almost always some americans online , im unemployed atm and i have tryed beeing online at all times of the day and still end up whit them

The United States is split into several different time zones.
The West coast is 3 hours behind that of the East coast, Alaska being 4 hours, and Hawaii being 5.
As for your statement above about “jobless losers”, these people may not have work the next day.
I myself, being in the military have odd hours and days off at times. For instance, I have a 4 day weekend this week due to Monday being MLK Jr. Day.

Darn europeans, always so entitled. I’ll have you know that the British invented the word soccer and USA invented cars, so we DO drive on the right side of the road, in both meanings of the word right.
Basically there will always be US players online, and because of this UK/EU players are more than likely to find themselves on US servers.
Here is a simple breakdown of the time difference from UK (GMT):
US East Coast (EST): -5 hours
US West Coast (PST) -8 hours
Unfortunately there is no “good time” for UK/EU players to try and find an EU server, but your best bet is probably a small window between 12pm - 4pm GMT. Its also worth noting that its best trying to avoid West Coast as those games seem to feature lag and latency. It’s by no means completely accurate, but you can get an idea of your ping to servers in US using speedtest.net and selecting server location anywhere in the world…for myself, ping to New York (East Coast) is approx 100ms where as ping to San Francisco (West Coast) is approx 200ms. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that these pings will have a massive effect on latency and gameplay.

I’m fairly certain that Germany invented the car. Considering you guys are the ones with the local servers that makes you the entitled ones.
So many of you have taken such offence. Sorry, but if you are willing to sacrifice sleep because you can’t pull yourself away from the console you definitely have no life.
I -Yoinking!- hate playing American for this very reason, but can we stop blaming them for something they cant control and can 343I please implement what theyve promised us before launch aka server selection? Getting real freakin tired of all these high latency matches. And as more and more europeans quit for this very reason, it just gets worse and worse.

For someone who’s high and mighty on having a job, you seem pretty ignorant to the fact that a lot of Americans work jobs at night. So really, in my case, I have to stay up late so that I’m not tired at work on a given day off. Working a night shift and all.
…So, no. I’m not going to get off a game to appease other players.
