Can a 343 staff member please respond soon

My account has had red flames until I went to x1 with backwards compatibility. I have spoke to Microsoft and all members 3-5 have told me to contact 343 staff because they are not able to alter dlc content. However they have all also said that they have no way to contact 343 staff and that I must try to contact 343 through a forum post. Please if you are not a 343
staff member able to alter dlc content do not respond to this.
