Since 343 is taking over they should unban everyone from halo 3 that was banned.
Those people were banned for a reason. They aren’t going to throw anyone a get out of jail free card.

Well yea someone booted me out of a game and i got banned so its not my fault and sinnce they are changing the servers the banhammer for bungie should not exist anymore and everyone should get unbanned that was banned
They don’t band for that reason and you aren’t fooling 343, you will stay band whether you like it or not, learn for future games.

Because they switched from Bungie to 343i, everyone should be unbanned?
Think of it like a prison. Lets say… someone had been running a prison for 10 years. Then he retires, and I get control. Then I release all the criminals. These criminals may go to a regular life, or start wreaking havoc again for me to have to track them down and arrest them.
If 343i released all the banned, the banned may start wrongdoing again, forcing 343i and Xbox Live Moderators to use up their time and round them up again.

I agree, there were banned for a reason. Just because a game is in different hands, doesn’t mean that the bad people will be set free.
They could unbann you but they won’t because as people have said, you were banned for a reason. You can keep telling us that you did nothing wrong but the banning system RARELY mucks up.
So basically, don’t break the rules.

It’s more like the zombie apocalypse hit and everyone in the town the prison was in was either evacuated or killed. You, being the warden, left the prisoners to starve to death and rot in their cells.
You’re a monster. Not everyone in those cells was a blood thirsty murderer or rapist. Hell, some of them were even innocent. THEIR BLOOD IS ON YOUR HANDS!

Except switching who controls it isn’t even near the scale of a zombie apocalypse. And this is a video-game. The banhammer is very accurate, a large majority of those banned weren’t banned for no.reason.
