Hello,
I don’t wanted to do challenge reseting or firefight afk’ing… so I wanted to ask if an 343 employee could reset my rank.
There is nothing more for me than the haunted helmet to unlock.
So I want to begin new.
I dont want to boost challenges to get my rank reset.
I would be very grateful if an employee could reset my rank but not commendations.

Something like this you should really just PM an admin like BS Angel
Also, I guess I’m a little confused because it shows you only have 66% Armory Completion and you are a Field Marshall. Are you saying that that is all you would be working towards is getting the Haunted Helmet? It looks like you still have a ways to go and your commendations are at 70%.
I can’t make you change your mind about what to play for, but for me it is just about playing and having fun with friends. The Cr’s, Armory, and Commendations are just filler for something that doesn’t really require all that much to begin with.

That’s kind of stupid because you’ve already been through all those ranks. I’m currently a field marshall and I’m not finding it that slow…
I doubt you will get your rank reset because you ran out of armor to buy. Make a new GT to start over again.
If I would make a new GT I would lost my 2 years membership on xbox and all my gamerscore.
So thats isn’t a way for me ^^
It really would be the only legitimate way to reset your rank. Start a new account.

Hmmm…ok well, at least you recognize that that sounds strange. I like to rank up too. I’m sure we all do.
Here’s the other thing though you still have a long way to go to get to Inheritor: Reach Ranks
But with the daily credit cap at 60,000 you could get there in a reasonable amount of time. If you really like to rank up fast there is always FF Arcade. You can really rank in the credits there. I notice you play a lot of Customs and Campaign and those just aren’t good for credits.
So anyways, good luck. If all else fails and you really want to go back to the beginning so you can see you insignia glimmer more often, just create a brand new account.

I changed my gamertag for maybe 3 or 4 weeks.
I’ve asked bs angel to change my forums name, but she didn’t helped me ^^

It’s something that got started back in June when H4 was announced. It is the illustrious BS Angel who first used it here: http://halo.xbox.com/forums/general/f/14/t/7125.aspx?PageIndex=3. If you read further, some members including myself decide to start using it as a way to show support for the upcoming title, and just 343i in general.
I’m not sure but I’m seem to be one of the few still using it on a regular basis.

It took a while for her to change it for me as well. Just be patient. She must have a ridiculous amount of messages a day. I’m sure she will get back to you. She has answered each and every one of my questions, no matter the subject.

Make a new Xbox Live account. Still want your commendations…tough, deal with it. You can’t just ask 343. “O HAI CAN U REZET MY RANK PLOX!”. It doesn’t work like that. Plus, you have ages to go before you’re even close to maxing your rank and unlocking everything 100%. This would’ve been better as a PM to BS Angel or maybe even as a tweet. I don’t think a thread is going to do you any justice.
