Not a uncommon occurrence. Not sure why it hasn’t been patched yet its pretty game breaking.

Likely it’s not been straight forward to patch, they may have wanted to spend extra time on it to make sure it doesn’t break any other aspect of the game. As the next update is getting nearer, they’ll probably wait for that to drop and push the update with it.
Forget this problem. I want to stop spawning out of bounds.
If this is being used to gain an advantage rather than triggering it on accident, you can kill the player with a gravity hammer.
