No, it’s not possible to obtain the blue flames anymore. A quick search of this forum would have given you that information, I actually responded to a post regarding this yesterday.

I’m reporting you for spam. On the first page of the Reach forum section is an answered thread asking the exact same thing. If you would have scrolled down and pushed “load more” you would have found two more threads nearly identical. Simply searching “flaming helmet” in the bar on the top of your screen that says “Search Forums” would have given you three threads, identical to this one, on the first page.
