Hey, went to play halo 4 today and upon entering infinity it showed the beginning cutscene as if I never played the game before? along with that my Spartan loadouts and armor was reset.
Im not too concerned with the armor but my campaign progress was also reset to prologue, I have beaten the campaign on heroic co-op and was only 2 missions away from completing solo legendary is there a fix for this issue?
I found a couple other threads with the same issue and they said re-downloading your xblive profile may help but it was unsuccessful for me, anyone know more about this issue?
according to waypoint my progress for the campaign is still there so its weird that the game wont recognize?
it seems to randomly do this. it happened to me a while back and there was nothing i could do.

Deleting your profile & redownloading it should prevent the issue from happening again in the future. It won’t bring your Campaign progress back. You’ll have to play through it again if you want to have the freedom to choose any mission at a later time.
