campain legandary infinity lvl not regesterin

Im doing the campaign on legendary. I had to redo the previous lvl for missed terminal and somehow this happened. it didn’t give me way point stats for completing the lvl or on my halo 4 service record but shows that i did complete it.

Infinity lvl on waypoint-not complete

Infinity lvl on service record player-not complete

Infinity lvl on campaign-complete

achievement on xbox-complete

any know if this is a glitch?

As you can see I started lvl 4, Went back to 3 got terminal quit, And restarted lvl 4 from beginning.
