I played all 4 campaigns by myself and beat them all on legendary, yet I haven’t gotten the nameplates after I beat halo 4. It says 10/10 on the home screen, I also didn’t receive the achievements for it either
Check your waypoint service record for campaign missions. I had the same issue and the waypoint displayed that I was missing one or two levels even though I had already completed them and it said 10/10 on the MCC menu. I’ve heard others state this so I’m guessing it’s a common bug; hopefully the campaigns will be fixed eventually.
This is a common bug with Halo 4 - sometimes the levels don’t register as completed at all, other times they only register as co-op, usually if you save and quit and resume a level later. Your service record here on Waypoint is the “official” tracker for these achievements, not the in-game menus and indicators. Select MCC in your service record and then Halo 4 and see what levels it says you have completed. You should be able to figure it out from there. You might want to check the other games too as it’s been happening with all of them. Hopefully this will be fixed in a forthcoming patch.
