What kind of question is that? Campaign isn’t competitive multiplayer, it’s campaign.
Do you mean, “Is it in matchmaking?”? -No. You won’t be able to do a search in a playlist, like you can for Slayer or Spartan Ops.
Do you mean, “Is Xbox Live co-op possible?”? -Yes. You just have to form a party (max of 4) and access “Campaign” though the home menu, as with the other titles.
