Holy Crap!!! Campaign was amazing!!!

Best Halo campaign IMO (I’ve played EVERY single halo, except Halo Wars)

The last mission was so intense, I had chills the whole time!

Did you guys enjoy it as well?

Took me about 6 hrs on Normal.

But I must say, I am very depressed now.

I think the Campaign was ok, bit disappointed by the lack of ODSTs and Scarabs though. Quite a few AI issues too, I saw so many Spartan-IVs getting slowly run over by that Mammoth… the horror.

Looks like cuss words can get into the thread URL at the top… Got some swears up there web team.

It was really helped by smooth, solid gameplay, and very well designed encounters. I only have 2 complaints:

  1. The story. While most of the game’s story was well done, I think it should’ve better explained who the Didact is, for players who weren’t into the story of the novels.

  2. The “destroy these Covy shield generators” objective was used too many times (3, I think).

Got done first mission on Legendary. Very good gameplay and story seems cool so far. Also the legendary is perfect difficulty in this game. In reach it was too easy imo.

The Lich scratched that Scarab itch, imo. I feel like it was included specifically to do this, and it was a fast paced, welcome change from the standard “shoot out the legs, then climb on” formula.

They sort of blurred together in my head, so what’s going on? (use spoiler tags if you need to) Is that the desert mission, or the one after it?
