My son is on the eighth level of the Swords of Sanghelios, and in both solo and coop play the cut scene starts, the volume gets choppy, then the game literally stops and brings up the Xbox one home menu. Game disk is clean and no scratches, Two days old.
I am having this exact same problem, whenever i try to load the campaign back up it just shuts it off and goes to the xbone menu. I even tried to back it up and play earlier in the mission and it still has that problem.

Likewise, having exactly the same problem. Very annoying! Only been playing for a couple of days too.
Yah, I’m on the last level on legendary and when I died, it booted me out. Now whenever I try to go back in and finish it, I just get sent to the Xbox home screen. Anybody know a way to fix it?
