CAMPAIGN STATS NOT RECORDING / ACHIEVEMENTS

After going through the first 4 missions on Halo 3, as well as the first mission of Halo:CE, my campaign stats are still showing 0’s across the board for everything - no kills, no favourite weapon, nothing. I also went back and completed Tsavo Highway in under the par time (with the CT time displaying) and still nothing has popped.
This is also (I assume) affecting the achievements. No achievements are unlocking, presumably because the game has not recorded any of my stats.

Any fix around for this? I have tried all the usual procedures, signing in and out, hard reset of Xbox, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. On my service record on this website it still says that I have not played Halo CE/Halo 3. I am connected online.

I have the same problem and have even reached out to Microsoft too with no answers as to why it’s like this. My issue is that even my multiplayer games aren’t even being tracked either.
