Did they say if there were going to be skulls in campaign? I hope they have them hidden because it was more fun finding them than using them.
They said they were doing something else, but similar. Probably just terminals though

Yeah there are skulls, however no acheivements for finding them. If you look at the achievements there is one that requires you to complete a mission on Herioc with atleast three skulls. So there will be skulls. There is also video terminals you can find.
Having the skulls is so dumb. Who even uses them for anything other than challenges and achievements anyways? The whole point of skulls was to find them.

And just because there are skulls in the game doesn’t mean that you will get to unt them down

Yeah they brought that one back for Halo 4, only now it’s under a different name. Basically confirming there would be skulls. However wether or not you can hunt for them is yet to be confirmed. Since there are achievements for finding the terminals in halo 4 but none for finding skulls. Though it’d be stupid for them not to make you search for them, it’s always a fun thing to do. And it makes sense for them not to make achievements for finding them, since using them is often enough of a reward for hunting them down.

I just hope we can hunt them down again. That was very fun/frustrating to do in 3 and CE:A and adds to the replay value. Data disks were certainly not a good replacement, especially since you couldn’t view them again unless you found them in Reach one more.
