When playing through campaign on Halo CE on heroic after finishing Assault on The Control Room No achievement popped(says done, unlocking) then the loading screen says The Library but takes me to Guilty Spark. But after save/quitting and then coming back later it loads up The Library . Hopefully this gets fixed soon!
Yes i think 343 Guilty spark is a glitched mission. It is the only one i have experienced that issue on. It even said i completed it when i haven’t even touched it yet.

It gives you playlist credit for completing Library. Just go to Halo:CE campaign menu and play it there for the achievement and the story, then resume your playlist.
The same thing happened to me. Skipped 343 guilty spark while playing through Halo ce playlist.
Just went back and played 343 guilty spark.
A friend of mine mentioned this last night. So perhaps it’s more widespread than previously thought.
Same thing happened last night. After watching the marine cam cutscene in Guilty Spark and the flood encounter it cut off the sound except for the music. Had to go Home then restart the game, resumed, then it took me to Library.
343 Guilty Spark is skipped if you use the playlist to play. Just play the campaign by selecting mission instead of the playlist. That should fix the problem and giving you the appropriate achievement for completinh each levels and the campaign on whichever difficulty you choose.
Just had this as well. Beat Assault on the Control Room, it played the closing cinematic, and then I went straight to The Library. Would be kind of a bummer for a first time player to have skipped the whole 343 Guilty Spark mission.
Edit: This was while playing through the Master Chief Saga playlist. Oddly enough, even if I go into Campaign and choose the mission directly, it even says I’ve beaten it there, but I do not have the achievement “343 Guilty Spark”, which is awarded at the end of this mission. Playing through the mission separately from the playlist now and assume I’ll get the achievement at the end.
