Campaign Save - Not Working

Hi,

Three times now I have started the game from scratch in Campaign mode. No matter how far I get when I die, the game goes back to the start. It does not revert to the last check point.
The only Save Option I have is “Save and Exit” which is not what I want.

Am I missing something ?

I’m having a similar problem.
also, the iron skull has a similar effect…

Yeah, my problem was sorta like that, except, i played all the way through campaign on legendary, and when i completed it, my first 5 levels were reset and locked. how about that for overkill :s
