I’m fairly certain it’s the resulting battle after the CGI Trailer for Halo 3- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bslC2NTyDLw - where Master Chief jumps into a Brute Pack before the scene cuts to black.
…He gave all those Brutes a bad case of the deads… and still had enough awesome left to kickflip off the Chieftan’s face.

Um if you look closely those are,elites on the ground
They’re hard to define, but I think they’re definitely Brutes, not Elites- they have the standard blue-grey brute armour.

Um no there not. if you look at the arms and legs they are clearly elites.
You mean they’re clearly brutes? they are all captains except the on chieftain which is holding the halo 2 style gravity hammer.
