My girlfriend and I have been working on the reach coop campaign, and have now completed tip of the spear 3 times on legendary, and still doesn’t show up, we also got par score all 3 times and haven’t unlocked the achievement. I got a different achievement in my most recent run (for campaign medals so I know it’s not bad connection or anything as I got it right as we were climbing the spire so 2 mins before the level finished. I don’t know how to upload pictures here, but I took a picture of our post match screen if proof is needed.
what can we do to fix, this really makes us not want to bother finishing the campaign if we’re going to have to do it a billion times and hope to get lucky and have it save.

My best suggestions for you would be to go to your games and apps, selected the Master Chief Collection and go to Manage Add Ons. Uninstall each game add on, and then finally uninstall the MCC. After that, hard restart your console by holding down the power button on the front of the console until the light goes out. Then wait about 30 seconds and power your console back on and go to your games and apps and download the MCC and make sure you have each Add On installing too. Then I would try a campaign level that hasn’t saved for you on easy so you can blow through the level, once the level finished and you go to the next campaign level, make sure you press start and select “Save and Quit.” Once it takes you to the menu, see then if the campaign progress saved for you.
