Hey folks,
I just started HW2 and it said in the beginning that a new game config had to be downloaded and restarted the game.
When I get back in I saw that all the Campaign Progress has been lost completely; meaning in the career section my playtime is resetted to 0 hrs and all missions I have done are also gone…
This is really terrible and to that degree it never happened before…
Same problem. After the DL and restart on XBox One yesterday, all my DLC progress was gone. Checked stats on HWP page, and Camp logs, objectives are 0 as well. Just have best time, highest medal and difficulty.
New problem today, played a 1v1 Private Deathmatch against the AI as Isabel, but got no credit towards the daily challenge for 2 games as Isabel or 3 UNSC games.
Edit: Doing a ‘hard’ restart of my XBox seems to have cleared up the challenge progress issue, but not the DLC Campaign issues.

The daily challenge issue randomly happens. I always check after a match to see if I got credit. If you get no credit exit the game try again. If you still don’t get credit, shut you Xbox down and take a LONG break. Check Xbox live status for issues and try playing again. If that doesn’t work then it’s an issue on 343i end.
As for the saved data issue i may have found a way to fix it but I need more data to be sure.

What solution did you find? I just lost all my optional objective, bonus objective, and campaign logs for the dlc. 
I’m experiencing this as well and it’s apparently been going on for awhile. I just assumed I was wrong in thinking I had saved a. Game but when ever I do save the next time I launch the game my saved game and auto saved data are wiped. Unless I play the campaign in one sitting I cannot finish.
My friend has come across this problem many times.

I consistently lose my DLC progress, almost weekly!
However, my issue seems to be contained to losing the ‘completion’ of all DLC sub-objectives and logs. Never an issue with the level completion or difficulty obtained.
For that matter, I do not see anything at all on HWP for any DLC completion of sub-objectives and logs. Does it even exist?

No, not exactly. I have the same issue. I just posted on a thread about saves being gone. I know that isn’t much help, but I’ve looked a lot too. You’re right, there really isn’t much, and this issue has apparently been going on for a long time.
