Since the update I have lost all my campaign progress which I completed on Legendary solo and never got the achievement. To make it worse it’s locked all my campaign logs and skulls. Essentially its wiped it clean for me. However if you look on my profile you can see that I’m not lying. 343 please fix this ASAP.

Happened to a friend of mine as well. Petty bad bug…

Yeah I know. Id just like an acknowledgement from 343 to say they’re aware of the issue and they’re dealing with it.
I have also lost all campaign progress, including all the skulls and logs, I can only select the signal now and I was part way through a legendary run through. I need this fixed as I’m not going through everything all over again I’ve put too much time into the campaign to complete everything.

I’m only going to do it to get some skulls again for skirmish but I won’t complete it until they confirm what’s happening. I completed on Legendary but never got the achievement I wonder if the two are linked.
Was it gone as soon as you took the update? Or were you able to play some before it happened? Are you playing on an Xbox or a PC, or both?

It was strait after the update and I’m on Xbox I’ve also fully uninstalled and reinstalled all the game and DLC. I’ve got the digital version also.
It was on xbox - I own a digital copy of the game, and last time I checked before the update I had all my campaign saves/data and now after the update it’s all gone
Weirdly, it says I’ve earned gold medals on all missions, which I definitely have not.

Yeah I noticed that with me except mission two where it said I’ve earned iron.
Same thing happened to me. Loaded the game on the PC after the update first. Then updated on Xbox and logged in to find my stats were gone. There are additional people reporting the issue under this thread:

Hey but instead of fixing our lost progress, they promote a blitz pack sale when im loggin in. wow…just wow…this is so wrong
For what it’s worth:

The team is looking into this more but the leading theory is that it’s related to “Xbox Play Anywhere” and saved files getting out of sync between platforms/cloud and being overwritten.

The team is investigating this issue. The more details you can share the more it will help:
- Are you playing on Xbox One, Win10 or have you played across both? (Xbox Play Anywhere)
- Did this happen right after you downloaded the patch? After you installed the DLC? Sometime later?

This happened after I downloaded the most recent patch. I have only played on Xbox and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck. I’m also in the UK if that helps. Also are you guys aware that some campaign achievements arnt unlocking.

I was at the office, I got more time now to answer you. Xbox One S, this issue just happen two days ago. I remember when I got the update I went to the Phoenix Log to see Johnson info, and everything was there, it was fine. The problem started two days ago. I went to play Blitz and suddenly it poop up the tutorial. I was surprised, I did the tutorial already, why this coming up now? So I head to the campaign record and everything was gone.
Just as another example, I have a friend of mine in the city where I live and when I told him, he went to check out his campaign record and it was the same issue. (Maybe better not to tell him the surprise XD) We did all the campaign legendary together…
