After I got the update , it deleted all my campaign progress, I mean everything from missions to skulls , logs and everything . It really crushed my motivation to do it all again for nothing . This update is really buggy and needs to be addressed soon. This is pretty much my first issue with the game and it’s a bug one . Xbox one

I have the same problem, all my progress dissapear, all the time wasted to get everything on campaing was in vain, this leave me with no desire to play again
Same thing happened to me. Global stats, campaign progress, logs, skulls, all gone. When I first got the update I was playing on my PC and when I updated on Xbox I noticed everything was missing.

Same thing has happened to me on Xbox, after the update I have lost all campaign progress (skulls, level completions, scores, logs etc) and all my level saves have gone. All I can do is start level 1 again, I can’t select any other level.

lost my gamesave just now 
. first time i did not get any achievement after patch restart campaign and i am unlocking achievement. but now i was at mission 10 legendary , i wanna load game and its gone. this is unbelievable…, fix this game its been a disaster!!!
also 343 please dont put dlc’s anymore but first focus on fixing your game . after that dlc’s
global stats are gone along with campaign saves. time played was reset.
would like a fix.

Happened to me today. Didn’t lose everything just the stuff I did yesterday which was a fair amount and kinda sucks. I only have xbox one version and my rank is still the same and still have the achievements, but all campaign related stuff was lost.

- Are you playing on Xbox One, Win10 or have you played on both?
- Did this happen right after you downloaded the patch? After you installed the DLC?
- Do you remember what day you noticed this happening? (the update went live on Monday, 5/22)

This just happened to me as well and im livid. First of all my playtime is reset. I had close to 250 hours on this game. In the campaign lobby all missions are locked and I have beat the game. I had all the skulls, theyre gone as well as all campaign logs. ALL CAMPAIGN STATS ARE 0.
I just noticed this issue today. I also noticed sometimes when I return to matchmaking lobby after a match it says 1 and if I open close and reopen my career it goes back to 50. If I had to guess I would attribute it to this season 3 update.
I hard reset my xbox and restarted. All stats and saves are gone on campaign still. This is awful. I love this game but each update seems to make it worse. Without any mode to play blitz that doesnt just make it even grounds for card levels (i.e. a 6 vs a 50) the microtransactions. Bugs. People dodging and quitting the last second in matchmaking without any repercussions, I would have taken this game back already if I didnt have a digital copy.
With a level 50 player cap and you resetting ranks every month theres no incentive for higher players to keep playing. You can buy the packs. So whats the point to continue?
Why cant we view other players career cards in the game? Cant even view your friends stats like in Halo 5.
This games player base is already dropping and no new players will be referred by word of mouth or otherwise with all these issues. For a AAA title like halo Im so dissapointed in 343. What about the strategy guide I got when the game came out ? Its useless because everything is constantly rebalanced and changed. No info about any of the DLC leaders in it , not even forge who was a day 1 release.
Ive bit my tongue long enough and stayed on this game. Ask other high level players and they will all agree with every single point Ive made. If you are selling microtransactions you should have the capital to fix these issues.
