Crysis was way ahead of its time although people argue to some extent it was poorly optimized, the Cards that we had in the day were not powerful to handle Crysis because of its textures. The graphics of Crysis in 2007 were just jaw dropping. It makes you look at it and saw wow this is cry engine. For that Crysis has my respect.
Not here, Halo Infinite are of 2016 kinda graphics and poorly made… Even with mods for Crysis in 2007 still looks better than Halo Infinite. No excuse here. Its just another S**** piss poor garbage Slipspace engine/port that 343 decided to go for.

Okay. You’re definitely hitting a good point, but I would like to suggest that maybe Halo games are more about the gameplay and less about how detailed everything is. Not only that, but they went for a simple art style regardless.
To address what you’re actually saying though, I agree with poorly made. The whole development cycle was full of infighting, buggy dev tools (a la Faber), and had an unclear destination for the final product until a year from release.
Piss off please. thank you.
Yeah ok tough guy. LoL.
Yeah, if they were going with a more artistic style the performance should be much better. There just seems like there is some missing code in the graphics scaling or something.
Gameplay with at least 60 fps. Not 40 fps.
