Weapons and abilities get cut from Halo games because of developers unable to balance those weapons and abilities in multiplayer.

As a fan I would not feel terrible if the Master Chief was able to use weapons and abilities exclusive to Single Player that you can’t use in Multiplayer.

They should also be in Custom Games and in the much requested Firefight mode (if there will be one, of course) to fiddle around with as well.

Well, that has happened in the past: Reach’s Target Locator. There’s no reason that it shouldn’t happen again.

I suppose the little thingy that set targets for the mini-MAC on the Mammoth sorta counts as one as well. It could have been incorporated into a Firefight map, if there had been any.
