Hey guys, I beat the campaign on legendary, I remember playing all the levels i’m almost 95% sure I played all of them. Anyway, last I checked my service record on my Xbox it said for Campaign: Legendary(Completed). I haven’t gotten the Mark VI armor. I’m pretty sure this doesn’t have to do with it but, I had some levels played Co-Op and some solo. Also… for the level ‘Forerunner’ (sorry if I misspelled), it shows I haven’t beat it on legendary and I thought I beat it, and if I hadn’t beat it then on my service record it wouldn’t say Campaign: Legendary Completed…

As you said, the commendation for Forerunner isn’t completed. If you really want the armor, then you’re going to have to go and redo the mission on Legendary. For reasons, it could have been some kind of connection issue during that mission or an error on 343I’s side.
Had a similar issue with Spartan Ops Episode 3, Chapter 2. Started off in co-op when I got a message saying I had been disconnected from Xbox live just before the end of the mission. I got the achievement for completing a mission solo on legendary. I signed back into Xbox live, grouped up with my party again, and finished the rest of the episode. When I got back to the lobby, I had icons for completing the episode on legendary except for chapter 2. I found it odd that I had gotten the achievement, but not the credit for completion. You may just have to give it another go and hopefully it will fix itself.
