Hi - I’ve recently completed Tip of the Spear & Exodus on PC coop, both well under par time, Exodus multiple times infact. The game has registered my completion of Tip of The Spear, however the achievement was not unlocked, nor was my time on waypoint updated. Exodus has neither shown as completed in Campaign or unlocked the achievement, despite multiple run-through’s of the level, it’s also not showing up on Waypoint.
