CAMPAIGN NOT STARTING HELP!

Hi, 'just finished installing Halo 5 and I’m in the menu, and I CANT START THE CAMPAIGN!!
WTF!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

If anyone has ANY advice on how to solve this, that would be wonderful.
ps multiplayer isn’t working too and i am obviously connected to the internet

If you’re still having issues, I’d just say to restart your console or try reinstalling it
