Campaign mission progress incorrect

I completed the campaign solo on legendary, unlocked the achievements, etc., but the mission progress doesn’t show the same. What gives?

same thing happened to me. I had to complete the mission it said I was missing.

You think that’s bad?

I had my campaign levels COMPLETELY reset. I had to trudge through the campaign again because all the levels were not unlocked, like I hadn’t completed it yet.
