Campaign Mission Forerunner Broken

The 3rd mission Forerunner in Halo 4 Campaign does not load completely it will not go past 49% and will restart, go backwards in percentage and then finally will give me the message:
“Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content.” Now this happens when I try to load in all combinations of difficulty mission start points.

I have played the level Forerunner beforehand on normal so it had worked prior but cannot remember if it was pre or post patch.

I have Installed the second disc with War Games on it.

I have not installed the game on my hard drive.

I have downloaded Spartan Ops Season 1.0 and 1.5 as well as Forge Island.

I have updated withe the latest Title Update having recently deleted it and re-updated with no effect.

Has any one else come across this? I have found several other forums citing this problem but with no solution.

If anyone knows the solution it would very much appreciated to know how to fix this problem as I cannot get the Lone Wolf Acheivement.

Are you sure its not your disc?

Could you try installing it and see if it actually allows you to? Usually if the disc is scratched/damaged to the point were it won’t load a level, the Xbox won’t install it completely.

I have tried to Install the disc and it did fail so you are right,also my Xbox had trouble reading it beforehand.

Thanks for the feedback and helping me out I will borrow a friends disc.

I’m usually over-careful of my discs but I’ll blame it on my Xbox this time.
