Campaign Mission Completion not being counted????

I just did the lone wolf mission finishing it off with over 150K score and it didn’t count? I checked the campaign missions and it says i’ve never completed it solo yet I just did it right now. This even happened when I was playing co-op with some friends. We completed The Pillar of Autumn and it said it never completed for any of us so we did it again. Is there anything you guys can do to help restore my run?

Same i just beat it and didnt get the nameplate either. got ~151k points, threw a few grenades to kill myself. nobe 6 death cut scene came up and carnage report shows my score but no nameplate unlocked.

I’ve had this happen to me on four legendary solo missions now. Twice on the Pillar of Autumn and I still can’t get it to unlock
