Campaign Matchmaking

I’m not sure whether or not this has been touched on by anybody at 343, so I’m sorry if this is already confirmed or denied.

With Halo 5’s squad-based Campaign, with seemless drop-in and drop-out co-op, the campaign will probably be the best ever to play with others. But in all but one Halo campaign, you need to already know somebody to play co-op with. For the most part, this isn’t really a problem. But for lonely schlubs such as myself, this experience can’t happen due to lack of friends that play Halo. So what’s the solution? Well, it already exists in a magical place known as Halo Reach. In Reach, you could join up with random players and vote on mission and didficulty. I propose a system similar to, but farther in depth than what Reach had. We should be able to go into matchmaking with a selected difficulty, so the only voting will be done on the mission. There may also be playlists to vote for, or even just an option to play through the entire campaign. Campaign scoring can be enabled, giving the game a competitive aspect, or have a set of challenges going into each mission to see who does better. There is a gold mine of potential features to make co-op an even more incredible experience.
Don’t forget about the lonely schlubs.

I completely agree my friend and haven’t heard any confirmation from 343 about this. Why don’t you add me on XBL, so us people who don’t have halo friends, have buddies to smash campaign with?
