Appreantly the coop campaign was not going to require the Live Gold membership and that was lie. Yet there is no split screen. Then what this game needs is campaign matchmaking. Such an emphasis on “cooperative” campaign and when there is no feature related to coop campaign. Campaign matchmaking should be the next update.

Lol I would not play the garbage single player under any circumstances
People actually want to replay the single player? I just do one playthrough and it’s MP the rest of the way…

Although It’s garbage after all, certain missions have replayability, for me Blue Team is pretty fun to play and I want to play as different character for different HUD.

I do. I play a lot of Halo 3 and Quantum Break currently.
No, not only does everyone hate the campaign, it’s too late for that, just use a LFG site if you want to play co-op with randoms.
And, more importantly, Custom Games Browser should be next!
If you paid any attention you would have seen that they realized their miscommunication and clarified that the campaign does indeed, require Xbox Live Gold.

Which is really sad.
I think it wouldn’t be fun, The campaign is very fun to do with friends and have a good time, but i think without that, would be very boring.
I don’t want to play the awful campaign again, not even for the score attack achievements.
Unfortunately I feel like there would be a lot of team killing, especially if someone gets a weapon variant that other players want. Personally though I would love campaign multiplayer, more so to help get the achievements I need still. I loved the campaign, think I’m the only person in the thread that does. I like the idea though even if it won’t become a thing.

How story of campaign is good or bad has nothing to with the gameplay. At least 343 needs to show their support for cooperative game, which can be done by the campaign matchmaking. I am glad I am not the only one who demand this feature.
The campaigns story may have been pretty sub par. With a few levels being a bit boring, or the annoying warden fights repetitive. But as a sand box the campaign is awesome. Really interesting, diverse terrain and environments. Which play very differently to firefight or arena. As some else used as an example ‘Blue team’ is an awesome mission not only for visuals, but it has varying gun fights with dark tight hall ways, then open hangers with heaps of baddies. Vertical fights, platform battles then the banshee air battles at the end. There is no denying with 4 players it would be a different experience.

You play as a different character that shows you different HUD. This is one of reasons I want this.
