Campaign loading screen buzzing and crashing

Multiplayer works perfectly. When I play campaign on every level the screen freezes on the loading screen, there’s a very loud and obnoxious buzzing sound, and the game crashes back to the xbox home screen.
I’ve noticed that if I dashboard when the buzzing is occurring, I can’t navigate through the xbox home screen - perhaps it’s a memory issue?
Anyways, things I’ve tried:

  • Loading up all 45 campaign missions, so far it crashes on every one
  • Deleting persistent storage and clearing my cache
  • Hard-resetting my xbox
  • Deleting and reinstalling the game
  • Trying a different combination of skulls and difficulties, doesn’t matter, always crashes
  • Using different profiles.
If anyone has solutions, please… I just want to play my game :frowning:
EDIT: I’ve NEVER had this problem before the last title update. ODST DLC doesn’t affect it at all, crashes with it installed and not installed.
EDIT 2: Just checked, multiplayer isn’t working either… custom games, matchmaking, spartan ops. Everything is freezing the box. Now I can’t play anything :frowning:
    Digital copy, not a disc.

Anyone?

I’m having a similar issue but it only happens when I’m loading a save, not when I’m starting a new mission (either from the beginning or choosing from a checkpoint).

So far it has only been happening on H4 for me. I’m going to try to play some legendary CE tonight. If the same thing happens I’ll make sure to post here.

I own it on disc, btw. And also, haven’t had any multiplayer freezing… yet…

Matchmaking is fine now, but custom games and campaign are still messing up

Might not be the same issue, but as of today whenever I attempt to edit my emblem in “Player ID” my Halo will crash too. So far I haven’t found a solution yet even quitting my Halo MCC or turning my Xbox One on and off.

Same issues here with my friend. Matchamking as a whole is broken right now for us.

Same happens for me but only on halo 3 on the level “Halo” I can’t get the legend achievement because of this
