Campaign level size

Now that’s we’ve got that flying overhead shot of one of the campaign sections, how do you all feel about the more open world-esque design of the levels? You can see a marine base with weapon and vehicle spawners, a banished camp that has marines tied up, the stronghold in the background, and just a massive expanse of area to explore.

Personally I couldn’t be more excited for campaign. I think this one has the potential to rank as one of the best and I desperately need that after Guardians. No shade to those who enjoyed it, but wasn’t my cup of tea.

I’m excited for the campaign’s gameplay! I’m a little iffy on the narrative aspect of it, but what we’ve seen in terms of level design and combat looks fantastic. I just hope they find a way to resolve the Cortana storyline in a way that’s satisfying for the player.

I’m just hoping we get to do some exploring with UNSC aircraft.

I totally get that and I’m with you. I see quite a few people worried they killed her off screen but I really don’t think that’s the case. Having her whereabouts be a mystery is great for building intrigue in the story and it gives them a really convenient way to make the banished the primary enemies without dropping the created story altogether.
