Campaign Level Reclaimer glitched?

I have run through the game once, and am now halfway through my solo legendary run. I am at the point where you must go up the green lift to reach the covie ship. I have been blasting ghosts and wraiths for a while now, and the green lift in the center of the map has yet to show up…

I had no problems with this on my first playthrough, and really don’t want to have to start this level over… Is there anything I can do, or possibly something I need to be doing different?

I’m having the exact same problem, restarted the level twice and nothings fixed it… I really don’t know how this got through testing but frankly I find it appalling that they can ship a game with bugs like this…

Grenade + jetpack jump up to the Lich. Problem solved.
